TMJ includes jaw pain and restriction of mouth opening due to inflammation. If there is too much grinding of teeth, your dentist may suggest the use of mouth guards to remove BRUXISM .

Studies show that occurs during the lighter stages of sleep or the first stages. Relaxers of muscle are often prescribed to help relax muscles and reduce the symptoms of teeth grinding. Exercise and changes in lifestyle can help reduce this problem to a minimum.
